Uncondemned
“I do not condemn you either.” Jesus had all the authority. Jesus had all the right. Jesus was given all the responsibility to do this very thing. She violated the 7th commandment. Jesus had every right, authority, and power to condemn and judge her. But His grace was displayed to this precious sinner that He came to save.
Your past is your past. Your future is Jesus. She was left now, standing in front of Jesus, un-condemned.
That’s the only way any of us can stand in front of Jesus. If He says to us, “I do not condemn you, either.” Then follow His next words and live your life submitted to Him. “Go and sin no more.” Surrender to Jesus, walk in the light.
1 John 1:7 – If we walk in the Light as He Himself is in the Light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin.
