Good morning sisters,
I am hoping that each of you were able to listen yesterday to Day One of “The Bible Recap.” There was a lot to think about with the start of creation and all God did! Also, seeing how God interacted with Man for the first time in creation.
As we look at day 2, we are in Genesis chapters 4,5,6,7.
I really like the reminder in the bible recap podcast that Tara-Leigh pointed out that, “this book is here to reveal God to us, not answer all our questions.” While we Will have many questions, the Holy Spirit will answer those questions as we study his word and join together on Wednesdays.
The point is to look for God.
- Look for his character
- How does God interact with man in passages that you are reading
- What did you learn about God today
- How does this make a difference in my relationship with God
- How did this affect me
- How can I integrate this into my life today?
These are just some simple things to think about as you are in the word today.
I am praying that you have a rich time in God’s Word today and that He shows you Himself in a way that only He can!
